Beautiful sunsets can be seen from this spot. Small retainer wall garden just outside the door off small brick patio area. Half wall between rooms allows view of doorway and TV while in kitchen. Nice sized walk-in closet for coats and storage. Beautiful glass door with tree imprint leads to hall and stairs leading to ample separate basement storage and leads to garage bay. Basement/garage stairs have been made wide, to code, to allow for chair lift if needed.

Kitchen has plenty of storage with cabinets to the ceiling including two lazy-susan corner cabinets and a separate pantry. Countertops are granite. Equipped with a refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher. There is plenty of room for a dining table seated next to double windows overlooking the large yard and beautiful apple trees. In addition to the separate heating in the unit, there are kick plate heaters in the kitchen and bathroom. Half-wall between kitchen and living room allows for a full view of TV, neighborhood, and front door.

Off the kitchen is a laundry closet with full sized stacked washer and dryer (included with home).

The private bedroom is in the back of the apartment with views of the apple trees and wetlands. It is large enough for a queen or king-size bed, furniture and big comfy chair and is situated near the bathroom and walk-in closet right off the hall.
